Freebies

Irish rock band Ash have released a track from their upcoming, as-yet-untitled album for free. "I Started A Fire" can be downloaded from this site at no cost to you...other than signing up for their newsletter (which you can then unsubscribe to if you'd rather not keep receiving it). You can also preview/stream the track on the band's MySpace.

Similarly, U.K. act Manic Street Preachers will unveil "Underdogs" as a free mp3 download on their site, according to NME. The cut comes from the band's next album, "Send Away The Tigers," and will be made available on MSP's website.

NME will also be the exclusive host of the album preview for the Arcade Fire's eagerly awaited sophomore set, "Neon Bible," starting Monday, February 26th. You will be able to listen to the album in it's entirety at that time.

NME just keeps the good stuff coming as you can also preview the new Kaiser Chiefs album, "Yours Truly, Angry Mob," on their site right now. Don't miss it!
